Amanda Estapa ACNP-BC, CWS, FACCWS, DAPWCA, is the Chief Clinical Officer for MedCentris, LLC. Amanda earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2004. She is a certified MedCentris Wound Specialist™ and a Diplomat of the American Professional Wound Care Association®. Her experience includes years of trauma and surgical critical care prior to narrowing her practice to focus on Wound Medicine in 2010. She has worked throughout the continuum of care in the acute, long term, hyperbaric and outpatient wound care settings. Amanda’s passion for education on the management of complex wounds and patient advocacy has taken her to the national stage as a speaker to help bring awareness to the specialty of Wound Medicine.
Charles Guilbault is a native of New Orleans with extensive experience in wealth management, investment planning, and asset allocation. Charles graduated from Jesuit High School and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of New Orleans. He began investing in the stock market at the age of 13. By the time he was in high school, he was frequently trading stocks during recess and lunch, keeping a close eye on stock quotes during the exciting late 1990s technology boom. After the tech bust, he learned important lessons about risk management and capital preservation.
Charles started his career as a Financial Advisor with American Express Financial Advisors, where he built a client base and became one of their advisor coaches. In 2005, he transitioned to Merrill Lynch, just before Hurricane Katrina. Despite the challenges posed by the storm, he persevered, continuing to support clients through difficult times.
Throughout his career, Charles has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them protect their financial future. In recognition of his work, he received the Forbes Top Next Gen Wealth Advisor award in 2019, followed by the Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors award in both 2021 and 2022. These accolades highlight his dedication to delivering high-quality financial guidance to his clients.
David Monic is the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for MedCentris. He has over 30 years of healthcare experience in various roles, including Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Clinical Informatics. He has grown healthcare sales teams to scale from local, to regional, to national models. Monic provides market evaluation and strategic analysis regarding company expansion and growth. He has considerable expertise in assessing, launching, and managing CRMs for healthcare providers. His role in developing a home health physician portal and its marketing strategy, which resulted in more than 11,000 providers in 42 states adopting it, garnered Monic the 2011 Louisiana Governor’s Innovator of The Year Award. He served on various committees and boards during his 22-year employment stint with nationwide home health provider Amedisys, including the Quality and Technology Board, Medical Director Advisory Group, the American Heart Association Steering Committee, and functioned as Chairman of their Charitable Activities Committee. At MedCentris, Mr. Monic has been responsible for launching and leading the regional sales force, marketing team, acquisitions, and implementation of an enterprise CRM.
Guy Ranzino is the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations for MedCentris. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Ranzino is a Registered Nurse. He graduated from Charity Hospital School of Nursing in New Orleans. He has over 30 years as an experienced healthcare leader with a demonstrated history of roles in the Med-Surgical and Critical Care areas of East Jefferson General Hospital. Ranzino served over 20 years with Amedisys, a national leader in home health and hospice where he was positioned as an Area Vice President in both Operations and Business Development. His other leadership experiences include Chief Operating Officer for a Louisiana-based Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital and a Regional Clinical Administrator with MedCentris before accepting this role. Ranzino’s strengths include strong skills in Enterprise Healthcare Operations and Business Development Management, Corporate Structure Design and Team Building, Strategic Planning as well as Integrating Staff and Processes with Mergers and Acquisitions. He has served on various committees and boards throughout his extensive healthcare career and is a member of the American Nurses Association and Louisiana State Nurses Association.
Erika Watsey is the Senior Vice President of Administrative Operations for MedCentris. Originally from Fairfield, Iowa, Watsey has held several key positions within MedCentris, including Executive Director, Clinical Quality Program Manager, Director of Credentialing, and Project Manager, bringing comprehensive experience in healthcare administration with a specialized focus on wound medicine. Erika is dedicated to advancing innovative treatments and improving outcomes for patients with complex wound conditions through effective administrative operational protocols. Under Erika's leadership, MedCentris has optimized organizational processes, strengthened partnerships with healthcare collaborators, and upheld the highest standards of compliance and quality. Driven by a passion for improving operational efficiencies, Erika is committed to empowering teams with innovative solutions and strategies that drive transformation in the field of wound medicine.
During her time at other companies, Ms. Watsey served as the primary data and reporting expert for multiple MSSP ACOs (Medicare Shared Savings Program Accountable Care Organizations) participating in value-based programs, leveraging data to guide decision-making and assess program outcomes.
Kelly is a native of the New Orleans area with over 30 years of progressive accounting and finance experience across multiple industries.
She holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Troy University, Alabama and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from The University of New Orleans.
She began her accounting career at Sysco Food Services of New Orleans as a Staff Accountant before transitioning to healthcare with Universal Health Services, Inc. as a Senior Accountant and then on to HCA as an Accounting Manager for Lakeview Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed an extensive tenure in the hospitality industry with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, as an Assistant Director of Finance, participating in numerous front- and back-of-the-house system migrations and completing hotel renovations including post-Hurricane Katrina recovery. She further expanded her accounting knowledge by joining a New Orleans law firm that specialized in Medical Malpractice and Environmental Law before returning to the Healthcare Industry.
